What is a multimap tune?
A multimap tune is a custom ECU software setup that stores several calibrations in your vehicle and lets you switch between them live from the driver’s seat. How do you change maps?
Map changes are made using your factory steering wheel buttons. Depending on the setup, that’s typically a press or hold of a button such as the cruise control cancel. The instrument cluster then shows which map is active, so there’s no guesswork.

98 Octane Performance Map. Built for maximum power and sharper throttle response. This is the map for everyday driving when you want the Patrol feeling its best, or for spirited driving when you’re in the mood.
95 Octane Towing Map. Tuned by our team for optimised torque delivery and smoother load-hauling behaviour. If you tow caravans, boats or trailers, this map is designed to make the job more relaxed.
91 Octane “Bad Fuel” Map. Anyone who has travelled remote Australia knows premium fuel isn’t always available. This safe, detuned fallback map lets you keep going with confidence when only lower-grade fuel is on offer.
Valet Mode. Handing your keys to a parking attendant or mechanic? Valet mode restricts vehicle speed and power, with our setups capping speed at around 40 km/h.
Immobiliser / No-Start Map. An additional layer of security that locks out the ignition to help deter theft.
